What day do you roast so I know when to order?

We like freshly roasted coffee and we’re sure you do to. Our regularly scheduled roast day in Monday so it may be best to place your order over the weekend.

What happens if I place my order after the scheduled roast date?

If your order is placed after the scheduled roast time and we don’t have enough of that coffee in stock you are welcome to wait a week until we roast again or you may request by email:

  • a refund (but that won’t make the Abide Coffee happen), or

  • an exchange (we’ll send you something we have in stock).

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the USA but offer no international shipping, yet.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat fee of $4 is applied to non-subscription orders with two or less 12-oz bags of coffee and all merchandise items. Orders of three or more 12-oz bags and all 5-lb bags ship for free. Free shipping is included with all subscriptions.

When should I expect my order to ship?

Wholesale orders roasted on Monday will ship by Wednesday. Retail orders roasted on Monday will ship within 48 hours. We try our hardest to get them out on Tuesday, but sometimes life throws a curveball!

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Our retail orders (including subscriptions) ship via USPS. Single bag purchases will ship USPS First Class and should arrive within 2-8 days (in our experience its been closer to 2 than 8). Purchases of two bags or more will ship USPS Priority and should arrive within 2-3 days.

Wholesale orders currently ship via USPS priority mail and should arrive within 2-3 days.
